I offer a range of services supporting you through death, grief, and life’s transitions. These can stand alone or weave together depending on what feels right for you. If you’re unsure what you might need, we can explore this together in a free consultation.

Below is an overview of the support available for individuals, families, and caregivers. 

1 | Companioning the Dying Steady, attentive presence for those nearing the end of life. For individuals approaching the end of life, whether alert, nonverbal, or in active dying. I offer emotional, spiritual, and physical support tailored to what they need. My role is to listen, comfort, and be present through this final stage. What's included: - Emotional and spiritual support - Bedside presence during active dying - Help creating a calm, comfortable space - Touch based support (gentle massage, anointing, reiki) - End of life planning and legacy work

2 | Support for Families & Caregivers Practical guidance and steady presence For loved ones supporting someone who is dying at home, in aged care, or hospice, I offer emotional support and practical guidance, in person or online. This can include explaining what to expect, help preparing the home, planning for end-of-life decisions, and guidance on vigil, home death, or after-death care. What's included: - Emotional support and steady presence, in person or online - Guidance on what to expect in the dying process - Help creating a calm, comfortable environment - Suggestions for end-of-life planning and preparation - Support with choices around vigil, home death, or after-death care - Simple information on who to contact and local options - Optional bodywork sessions - Help arranging or clearing the space. - Coordinating community support, meals, rosters, fundraising, and more

3 | After Death Support Guidance and hands-on support in the hours after death. For families and carers in the hours after death, I offer calm guidance and physical care for the body, along with support through the farewell. What's included: - Body care: bathing, dressing, anointing - Guiding or holding vigil (arranging cold plate if needed) - Coordinating with the chosen funeral provider - Help tending to the home or space if needed - Daily visits or phone check-ins if the body is kept at home for vigil

4 | Grief & Transition Support Support through loss, change, and life transitions. For those moving through grief, endings, or major life change, whether related to a death or another kind of loss, I offer one-on-one sessions and bodywork to support you through it. What's included: - Companioning sessions (in person or online), talking, sitting with what's present, or simply having company - Bodywork (massage and reiki) to support grief, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue

5 | End of Life Planning & Legacy Practical support for getting your affairs, wishes, and belongings in order. Description: This is about thinking ahead so the people you love aren't left guessing. Together we can work through your care wishes, what you want after you die, the stories and messages you want to leave behind, and even help sorting through your belongings. What's included: end of life planning sessions (values, care wishes, after death wishes), personalized planning documents, legacy sessions with an audio or video keepsake, and clearing with care, support letting go of belongings.

Pricing & Booking

The offerings below can be part of any of the categories above. Some are once-off sessions or packages, while others are available as hourly support. You’re welcome to combine what feels most supportive for your situation.

End-of-Life Planning Support

​

A guided two session process to explore your values, care wishes, and after death wishes, resulting in a personalized document for your loved ones, plus guidance connecting you to other legal and practical next steps. Available for individuals, couples, or small groups who want to work through this together.

Legacy Sessions
 

A one-time, guided space to reflect on your life and share stories, memories, messages, or wisdom you’d like to pass on. This session is gently recorded (audio or video) and offered as a keepsake for loved ones, a way to honour your voice, your journey, and what matters most.

Clearing With Care

​

​A Swedish inspired approach to sorting through your belongings and deciding what to keep, pass on, or let go of. We'll work through belongings room by room, making decisions on what to keep, gift, donate, or discard. A useful step in getting your affairs in order, done at your own pace.

$80/hr (3-hour minimum)

Bedside Support

​

A calm, grounding presence in the final days or hours of life, offering emotional steadiness, gentle support, and quiet companionship for the dying and their loved ones. I adapt to what’s needed, whether that’s stillness, care, or creating a peaceful environment.

After-Death Care

 

Support for families who wish to care for their loved one’s body at home after death. This may include guidance with washing, dressing, anointing, and creating ritual, as well as practical support such as keeping the body cool, understanding legal next steps, and coordinating with your chosen funeral provider.

Additional time: $80/hr

Massage & Gentle Bodywork
 

For those who are dying or grieving, this is not a typical massage, it is slow, grounding, and spacious. With over a decade of experience, I offer touch that honours both body and emotion. Each session is a safe space where stillness, movement, or tears are welcome. This is bodywork that meets grief, not masks it.

In-home treatment

* If cost is a barrier, please feel welcome to reach out. I offer limited sliding scale options and trust in honest, respectful conversations around capacity and need. Sessions can be paid for by bank transfer or cash, and are generally settled at the time of service unless we've agreed otherwise. If you need flexibility, you're welcome to get in touch.
